I’m a personal trainer, wellness educator, and movement specialist passionate about helping people feel empowered in their bodies — especially during seasons of change.
With a background in massage therapy, dance, and science-based training, I’ve spent years studying how bodies work and, more importantly, how they change. While I specialize in supporting women 30+ and 40+ through perimenopause and postmenopause, I also create an approachable space for men. Through movement, nutrition, and wellness, we've got this!
Everyone is welcome here! My work centers on women navigating midlife stages, but I've personally trained a number of men who seek better health, a deeper understanding of women’s experiences in midlife, and more confidence with yoga and stretching. Whether you feel overwhelmed or intimidated by traditional gyms, I’m here to help you feel better from the inside out.

Stronger through midlife
If you are a woman discouraged by energy and physical changes due to midlife transitions, I understand. I will train you differently, because your body is different. What works for a 30‑year‑old guy won’t work for a woman (sad, I know!).
Strength, nutrition, and mindset must adjust to hormones and metabolism. My programs skip “eat less, work out more” myths and focus on evidence‑based change. That’s why I focus on personalized movement, sustainable strength, and real education. This isn’t a “10 more reps” kind of thing! It’s about learning how your body works now, and how to work with it.
